Simply Stoves North East absolutely amazing. From beginning to end the customer service was incredible. Lee and Will arrived promptly on the day of installation, so professional and helpful. The job was completed with no problems, everything left clean and tidy. Fantastic service from start to finish. We recently had a log burner supplied and installed by Lee and Emma at Simply Stoves in Hebburn and couldn't be happier. Emma was brilliant throughout the ordering process, really professional, helpful and kept everything clear and straightforward. I am absolutely over the moon with my stove and the service provided. From my first visit to the showroom where Emma was very helpful to ensure I found the exact stove, hearth and chamber that I wanted. Back and forth over email with both Emma and Lee was helpful and my questions were answered instantly. The lads came and literally never stopped. After finding out our inherited log burner wasn't safe to use after an inspection we needed to replace it. After quite a bit of research and asking lots of questions (thank you Emma), we decided to opt for a new stove through Simply Stoves NE. Definitely the right choice, did exactly as they said they would and to a high standard. Turned up as agreed, on time, supplied, installed and commissioned the burner to standards. Great family run business to deal with. Highly recommended.
Lee and the team were amazing and very professional. I had 2 fires installed in my pub and they look very nice and the heat is unreal. They came with all paperwork and tests complete and ready to go. I couldn't recommend them more.

Brilliant! I can't recommend Simply Stoves NE enough.
