One price, one team, no surprises. Choose your stove, hearth, chamber and beam, and we handle the chimney work, the flue, the fit, the commissioning and the certificate.
The stove, the hearth, the beam, the flue and the installation are identical across all three. The only thing that changes is how the chamber is finished, and how much work that leaves you afterwards.
A plain chamber background, ready for you to brick, render or paint however you like.
A finished tiled chamber in your choice of Andalusia or Lucena. Nothing left to decorate.
A real brick slip chamber . Our most complete finish.
All three assume a property with an existing, serviceable chimney. Riven slate hearth is available on any package as an upgrade.
Five parts, one invoice, whichever of the three packages you choose.
Come to the Hebburn showroom and see all of it in person before you decide. Nothing below is an upsell unless it says so.
All four are included at the headline price of every package. Bring your room measurements and we will help you size it properly.
Both are supplied cut and installed as part of the installation.
This is the choice that sets the three packages apart. Everything else stays exactly the same.
A solid effect beam fitted above the opening, in either finish at no extra cost.
Every job is slightly different. These are the only additions we ever charge for, and every one of them is priced and confirmed in writing after the survey, before anything is booked in.
| Item | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Riven slate hearth | Only if you choose slate over the standard sandstone. |
| Rubble removal | Only if you would rather we took the waste from the building works away. |
| Gas appliance decommission | Only where an existing gas fire needs disconnecting and capping off. |
| New chimney pot | Only where the stack has no pot, or the existing one is not serviceable. |
The same four steps on every job, whichever package you go for.
The things people ask us most often before booking a survey.
They apply to any property with an existing, serviceable chimney. If your chimney has been capped, lined badly or removed, or if you have no chimney at all, you will need a twin wall system instead, which is quoted separately.
The free survey tells you which one you need before you spend anything.
Roughly 1000mm wide by 900mm high, which suits all four stoves comfortably. We confirm the exact size at survey, since it depends on the width of your chimney breast and the position of the lintel.
Most installations are a one day job, occasionally two where the chimney needs more opening up than expected. We work from dust sheets, and everything is done by our own team rather than a subcontracted fitter.
Yes. We are HETAS registered, so we commission and test the stove on the day and issue a certificate of compliance, and the installation is notified under Building Regulations. Keep the certificate safe, as your home insurer and any future buyer will ask for it.
What the installation actually involves, whether your chimney needs work, and where we cover.
No obligation and no charge. We will tell you honestly whether your chimney suits one of these packages before you spend anything.
